User problem – when i start gta vc game then mouse not working.

When I have Rivatuner enabled with the latest software, v7.0.0, the mouse stops working in game in Gta San Andreas and Gta Vice City. I can move the mouse in the menu but it won't click nor does the mouse scroller work. Once in game, the mouse does not even work at all. Can't look around or click. GTA Vice City: Mouse is not working. Windows 10 and when try to play GTA Vice City, the mouse is not working. Tried pressing escape to pause the game and resuming the game, but still nothing! Alt-tabbing too makes little difference.
